Registration Process

• ANA SKY WEB registration is limited to holders of family member cards linked to the ANA Card held by the Primary Member. Those who do not possess a family member card linked to the Primary Member's ANA Card and ANA Mileage Club Card holders under the age of 18 must mail the ANA Card Family Miles Participant Application together with a juminhyou residence certificate (original or copy) issued within the last three months in order to register as a Family Member.

• In the event that a person using the ANA Card as a supplementary card becomes the Primary Member, the card must first be activated as the main card at ANA Sky Web. Activate your card as the main card here.
• Primary Members holding two or more personal ANA Cards who wish to register family members linked to the supplementary ANA Card as Family Members may apply for the Family Miles program at ANA SKY WEB by activating the supplementary card as the main card prior to application.
• After completion of the registration process, the ANA Card may be again converted to a supplementary card. However, the ANA Card must be activated as the main card in order to update Family Miles registration information.

Changing or Canceling Registration

• Changes and deletions of registered information must be made by telephone to the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. The fee for changes or deletions is 5,000 miles per person.

* No fee will be charged for changes or deletions of registered information due to spelling or other error corrections or due to family registry changes such as marriage or death. Official documentation of family changes must be presented.
