New Janice Wong Dessert Project

Have you heard of Janice Wong, Asia’s number one patisserie and artist?

ANA Foods, in cooperation Janice Wong, opened a dessert bar, JANICE WONG, late last year in NEWoMan SHINJUKU.

Under Janice Wong’s direction, ANA Strategic Research Institute Co., Ltd (ANA Soken) has started a project to produce a new dessert. ANA Soken is working together with Yamaga city of Kumamoto prefecture, to produce a one of a kind dessert item using well-known Yamaga’s chestnuts.

The new dessert is scheduled for sale next fall, and ANA Group will be working closely with local businesses to jump start this project in full motion.
