  • Japan domestic fares applicable to flights boarding up to {yyyy-mm-dd-1} will be closed for new bookings, ticketing and boarding on {yyyy-mm-dd-1}.
  • Your ticket cannot be used for reservation changes or flights boarding on/after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}, even if it is still valid.
  • For tickets purchased via the ANA Website, refunds will be available via the ANA Website before the ticket's expiration date. Please contact the ANA International Reservation and Customer Service Center if you have any questions.
    Customers who purchased tickets from anywhere other than the ANA Website should contact the store where the tickets were issued directly.

For refunds for flight tickets (solely for Japan domestic flights) that are requested on or after October 1, 2019, a refund charge of JPY 440 per ticket (sector) will be incurred regardless of the ticket purchase date and scheduled departure date.

Customers who use a Premium Class seat for domestic flights are eligible.

When reserved and purchased through the WEB

  • Reservation and purchase must be completed through ANA Website.
  • Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before purchase.
  • Purchase must be completed at same time as reservation until 6 hours before the departure time of the first flight.

When reserved or purchased through other channels

  • Ticket can be purchased anytime before depature.

Refund

When purchased as part of an international ticket

  • A full refund will be made.

When purchased solely as a Japan domestic ticket

  • Refund fee : JPY440 for each sector
  • A cancellation fee will apply for requests made after departure.
