When departing on an ANA Group-operated flight, Star Alliance member airline-operated flight or connecting to/from a Star Alliance partner flight, you can spend time in designated lounges at the airport until your boarding time.
In addition, Diamond Service, Platinum Service, and Super Flyers members’ status is equivalent to Star Alliance Gold status. Premium Members who are boarding Star Alliance member airline-operated flights can access as many as 1,000 Star Alliance member airport lounges worldwide.
Note: When booking your flight, please register your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club Number.
Concierge Service is available when boarding international flights from Tokyo’s Haneda and Narita airports, and on domestic flights from Haneda Airport, New Chitose Airport, Itami Airport, Fukuoka Airport, and Naha Airport.
Our concierge staff stationed at the check-in counter and at lounges will ensure that you are as comfortable as possible before your flight. Please feel free to ask us to make reservations for future trips or to make copies of business documents.

Upgrade Points can be used to upgrade to Premium Class on domestic routes (ANA Group-operated flights) and to Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class on international routes (ANA Group-operated flights and United Airlines flights).
Upgrade Points are special points awarded to Premium Members based on the number of premium points earned on ANA Group-operated flights between January and December of the previous year. They can be used for seat upgrades or lounge access, making your journey even more enjoyable.

When boarding ANA Group-operated domestic flights, upgrades are available for flight awards and other fares (excluding some) if a seat is available from two days prior to departure.
When traveling on ANA international flights (ANA Group-operated flights and ANA flight number flights only), ANA Diamond Service members can upgrade with an ineligible booking class by using double Upgrade Points. This service will apply when the higher-class availability requirement is met on the departure date (such as meal, seat, amenity, etc.)
Upgrade Points can be used to apply for higher class of service on United Airlines flights with a booking class of O, A, Y, B, M, or E.
Upgrade Points can be used starting at four points for a one-way (one segment).
It is possible to be waitlisted if there are no seats available when you apply for the upgrade.
