Passengers will be asked to board in accordance with the boarding group (1-4) indicated on their airport-issued boarding passes and security certificates.

Groups 1 to 4 are the boarding groups indicated on airport-issued boarding passes and security certificates.

After pre-boarding,* the following groupings apply:

  • Group 1: Diamond Service Members and First Class Passengers
  • Group 2: Platinum Service, Super Flyers, and Star Alliance Gold Members, and Business Class Passengers
  • Groups 3/4: General Boarding

Priority Airport Standby

On the date of your departure, if the requested flight or class of service is fully booked, you will be given priority on the waiting list for the next available seat.

  • For Japan domestic flights, if you have an Open Ticket purchased by specifying the flight route without reserving the actual flights, you can complete the procedures via the self-service check-in kiosk.
  • This service may not be available for all airports and flights.

Valet Parking (Narita International Airport)

For Premium Members who arrive to Narita International Airport by car, we provide a discount when parked at our partner company parking garage. Careful service is provided from the point you depart for your trip until you pick up your car after your return. Earn miles when using this service, too.

  • Valet parking is available for passengers who have purchased roundtrip flights from Narita International Airport operated by ANA Group with an ANA flight number.

  • Your car will be safety kept in a garage with a roof until your return. Upon your return, we will bring your car to the designated parking area adjacent to the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE.
  • Use of the parking garage and drop off and pick up services of your vehicle will be provided on the basis of a contract between the customer and Central Parking Narita.
How to Use This Service

To reserve this service, press the “Apply” button under Optional Services on the Reservation Details screen of the ANA website after ticket purchase.

Please go directly to Central Parking Narita (our partner company) on the day of departure and park your vehicle.

  • You will be escorted to the South Wing Departure lobby of Terminal 1 of Narita International Airport by our complimentary shuttle service.
  • Our representative will greet you at the airport and guide you to the check-in counter. Your baggage will be carried for you and you may go to the exclusive security checkpoint.
Upon Your Return
  • After you arrive at Narita International Airport, please contact us from our dedicated phone line.
    • Special Welcome Home Hotline (charges apply): 0476-32-0655
    • Available hours: 6:30 a.m. (Japan time) until the arrival of the last ANA Group-operated flight of the day (7 days a week all year round).
  • Your vehicle will arrive approximately 20 minutes after we receive your phone call.
  • If you change your return flight schedule, please contact your nearest ANA overseas agent.
  • Before you pick up your vehicle, please relax at the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE.
    After going through Immigration and Customs, please go to the reception of the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE (International Arrivals Lounge, open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., 7 days a week, all year round) located in the Terminal 1 South Wing Arrival lobby. Drinks, snacks, showers, wireless/cable LAN, etc. are available in the lounge (for members and one guest).
  • We will guide you from the Lounge directly to your car via special walkway.
    If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., the lounge will be closed. Our representative will greet you at the entrance to the ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE (International Arrivals Lounge) and guide you to your car.

  • If the parking period is extended due to a change in your itinerary, we may be obliged to move your vehicle to a different space (without a roof) for the extended period.
  • Please do not leave any items that may be considered dangerous or any valuable items in your vehicle.
  • Please ensure that your vehicle contains sufficient gas before parking your vehicle with us.
  • Any damage or theft, to your vehicle during the period you park is subject to compensation according to the liability insurance policy of our partner car parking company.
Disclaimer Regarding Use of Central Parking Narita

We will not be responsible for any damage to a vehicle that has not been subject to a joint check at the time of parking.

  • Regardless of the model of your vehicle, we do not accept any responsibility for trouble related to the internal combustion engine or auxiliary components (transmission and gas pedal) during the period of your vehicle storage.
  • If a tire is punctured during the period of parking, we will carry out repairs to replace the tire without the Passenger's permission in order to restore the vehicle's mobility. Please be informed that all expenses relating to this repair/replacement will be Customer`s expense.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or theft of personal/valuable items left behind in the vehicle.
  • Passenger vehicles may gain a few kilometers on your odometer from the time you have first parked your car upon delivery to the designated car drop off area at the Arrival floor of Terminal 1 of Narita Airport from our partner parking garage.
  • When driven en route for Passenger, on rare occasions, a loose stone, etc., may cause damage to the front windshield or side windows of a Passenger's vehicle. We accept no responsibility for any such occurrence of Force Majeure.
  • Should a Passenger's vehicle be subject to a theft, the Passenger will be compensated within the range specified in the liability insurance policy of our partner Car Parking Garage. In the unlikely event that the amount is not sufficient, the Passenger shall be responsible for the deficit amount.
  • We will not responsibility for any damage caused to a Passenger vehicle due to riots or other acts of insurgency. Car Parking company is not responsible, or for any Acts of Providence (such as typhoons, floods, snowfall, hail, lightning strikes, etc.).
  • We will not be responsibility for Passenger vehicles after they have been returned to the customer at the end of the parking period.

Priority Parking Reservations at Haneda International Airport

Premium Members can receive prioritized reservations (paid) for Parking Lot No. 3 (P3) at Haneda International Airport.

Reservations are accepted beginning 30 days before the parking day. If you wish to reserve parking on the day of your departure, please arrive two hours prior to the time you wish to park.

How to Use This Service

When using for the first time, it is necessary to apply for registration during arrival in Hong Kong. Please complete registration procedures at the Enrollment Office in the Arrival Hall in Hong Kong Int'l Airport.

Special application office hours

First-time applications are accepted only during business hours.

  • North arrival hall (after passport control in restricted area): 7:30 a.m. –11:00 p.m.
  • South arrival hall (after passport control in restricted area): 10:00 a.m. –6:00 p.m.

Important Notices:

Frequent visitor e-channels are on the north and south sides of both 5F and 7F inside Terminal 1.

  • Please show a valid passport and your ANA Mileage Club app digital card or Premium member status card.
  • After your fingerprints have been taken and biometric procedures are complete, a barcode is attached to your passport. Once the registration application is accepted, you will be able to use the e-channel facilities. You can continue to use e-channel while your passport is valid.

Additional Free Baggage Allowances

Premium Members may enjoy additional baggage allowances (an extra baggage, extra weight or both). Please contact the operating airline for more information.

  • Weight restriction refers to the 50.71 lbs (23kg) limit per piece in Economy Class, and the 70.54 lbs (32kg) limit in Business Class.
