Changes / Refunds
Changes
When changing your class, date or flight, your existing Paid Lounge Access request will be canceled. If you request Paid Lounge Access on your new flight, please contact Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S. before the departure time of your originally reserved flight. Please note that you may not be able to use the Paid Lounge Access without prior notice.
Refunds
Refunds are not available after purchase.
Notes
- Please retain EMD PASSENGER RECEIPT you received upon booking the service until you actually use the lounge.
- You may not be able to use a lounge if it is already full. Please ask to an ANA staff member at the airport for more details.
- ANA "Diamond Service," "Platinum Service" members, ANA Super Flyer's card members and "Star Alliance Gold" members are allowed to use the lounge free of charge by submitting the member's card.
