<Australia>Introduction of Ticketing Service Charge and Exchange/Reissue Service Charge
A ticketing service charge (TSC), and an Exchange/Reissue Service Charge will apply for issuance or change of tickets made within Australia as of Tuesday, December 01st, 2015.
Ticketing service charge for issuance of ticket
This is processing fee charged when a ticket is issued at ANA Sydney counters (city/airports) and call centers.

- ・Tickets purchased on the Australia ANA Website.
- ・Infants under the age of 2 not occupying seat.
- ・”Diamond Service” members.
Note
- . ANA award tickets and partner airlines award tickets will be charged with AUD25 for tickets issued on/after 1st of March 2016
- ・Children and adults will be charged with the same service fee.
- ・Infants under the age of 2 occupying seats will be charged with the same service fee.
- ・If separate tickets are cross-referenced and issued at the same time, AUD60 is charged for the whole itinerary.
- ・TSC is not refundable in case of Voluntary refund.
- ・This service charge is applicable to tickets purchased in Australia with an itinerary that consists of only Japan domestic sectors.
Exchange/Reissue service charge
This is processing fee charged at ANA Sydney counters (city/airports) and call centers when there is a difference due to an increase/decrease in fare (excluding fuel surcharge) or when there is a route change.

- ・Date changes without fare changes (excluding fuel surcharge).
- ・If the change fee set for each fare is higher than the exchange/reissue service charge.
- ・”Diamond Service” members.

- ・The service charge is applicable to any changes made to tickets purchased in different countries or though other carriers.
- ・This service charge is applicable to any changes made to tickets purchased on ANA web site.
- ・This service charge is applicable to any route changes made.
- ・This service charge is applicable to any changes made to tickets purchased overseas with an itinerary that consists of only Japan domestic sectors.
- ・Children and adults will be charged with the same exchange/reissue service charge.
- ・Infants under the age of 2 occupying seats will be charged with the same service charge.
- ・If separate tickets are cross-referenced and issued at the same time, AUD50 is charged for each change made.
