Notice Regarding U.S. Entry Restrictions

In response to the Ebola virus disease outbreak in Africa, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have announced that they will restrict entry into the United States for individuals who have been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan within the past 21 days, as follows:

 

1. Individuals Subject to Entry Restrictions

Travelers who have visited or stayed in the following countries within 21 days prior to the date of entry (or attempted entry) into the United States:

Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)

Uganda

South Sudan

 

2. Details of Entry Restrictions

(1) Individuals subject to entry restrictions who are Not U.S. Citizens or U.S. nationals

  As a general rule, entry into the United States is not permitted, regardless of country of origin.

 

(2) Individuals subject to entry restrictions who are U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals

   Entry into the United States is limited to the following airports:

  ・Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

  ・Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

  ・George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

  ・John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
