Travel Packages

As a valued ANA Mileage Club member, you can purchase both domestic and international tours with your ANA Value Vouchers.

Eligible Products

For domestic and international travel, you can purchase:

  • ANA Travelers Package Tours
  • ANA Travelers Dynamic Packages

Information

  • New applications will no longer be accepted for ANA Value Vouchers after June 30, 2022.
    We kindly request that you use ANA SKY COINS instead from July 1, 2022 onward.
  • * Customers who make an application by June 30, 2022 can use their vouchers until they expire.
  • These packages are only available through ANA X Inc. and are not handled by regular travel agencies.
  • Reservations through ANA Traveler's hotel, ANA Traveler's rental car and the "Sightseeing, Experiences, and Local Excursions" domestic service and the "Hotels & Travel Options" international service are not eligible.

Reservations

Travel product/tour reservation and redemption can be made through the website or by phone. If making reservations by phone:

  • Please mail the ANA Value Vouchers to the designated address (provided after the reservation has been made). When doing so, make sure that they arrive by the date requestedat the time of the reservation.
  • Then, after the ANA Value Vouchers have been received and payment has been confirmed, the itinerary and other information will be sent to you.

Payment

  • Please use ANA Travel Vouchers or credit cards to pay the balance if there are any price differences.
    Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts such as Shareholder Courtesy Discounts.
  • If the face value of the ANA Value Vouchers exceeds the price of the travel product, no change will be given.

Reservation Changes

Please note that only one departure date or tour plan change will be accepted within the validity period of the ANA Value Vouchers.

Refunds

When canceling a tour paid with ANA Value Vouchers, the cancellation charge will be deducted and revised Travel Vouchers will be issued for the remaining amount. Revised Travel Vouchers can only be used one time within the validity period of the corresponding ANA Value Vouchers - and they will not be reissued for any reason. Please note:

  • Refunds are not provided in the form of cash or ANA Value Vouchers.
  • Miles which had been redeemed for ANA Value Vouchers will not be credited back to the mileage account.
  • If an airplane malfunction causes a flight cancellation that then results in a tour cancellation, ANA Value Vouchers will be returned to the customer.
  • If bad weather causes a flight cancellation that then results in a tour cancellation, revised Travel Vouchers will be issued.
  • Refunds of amounts paid by means other than ANA Value Vouchers will be provided in accordance with the travel terms and conditions.
  • We will no longer be accepting applications for or issuing new ANA Value Vouchers after June 30, 2022.
    * If a tour is canceled from July 1, 2022 onward due to a flight cancellation caused by aircraft maintenance, etc., 5,000 miles will be refunded for each ANA Value Voucher. If a flight or tour is canceled due to bad weather, Revised Travel Vouchers will be issued as before.

About Mileage Accrual

Customers who purchase tour products with ANA Value Vouchers can earn the designated number of miles.
