- Amazon.de Gift Card* claim code is only valid when you use it upon online payment in euro (€) at Amazon.de (DE website).

- Please ensure your address in Europe, Middle East and Africa is registered correctly with ANA Mileage Club, before you apply to redeem your miles.

How to Apply

- Only 1 Gift Card Claim Code can be accepted per redemption. If you would like two or more e-Gift Card Redemption Codes (Claim Codes), please apply again.
- A valid e-mail address is required to apply to redeem your miles.
How to Use e-Gift Card
- Gift Card Claim Code is issued 7 days after you apply to redeem your miles. (E mail notification is not sent at this point, please make sure you log in to check the claim code.)
- Please log in to ANA website and check your Gif Card Claim Code.
- Please visit Amazon.de (DE website) and enter your Gift Card Claim Code upon paying online in euro(€).
- To check your Amazon.de Gift Card* claim code, please click "Gift Card Claim Codes"Opens in a new window at the Members Service area of ANA website.
- Please note 'e-Gift Card Redemption Code Review' function is only available for 12 months after you redeem your mileage.

- Mileage expiration date is based on Japan time. Please make sure to use miles before the expiration date.
- Once your application has been accepted, no cancellation or mileage refund is allowed.
- Family Account Service cannot be used.
- ANA is not responsible for any theft or loss of your Amazon.de Gift Card* claim code. Your Amazon.de Gift Card* claim code is never reissued under any circumstances.
