Reservation and Purchasing Period

From (9:00 a.m. Japan time) 355 days prior to the departure date until the day before the departure date.

  • * The reservation deadline is either 1, 28 or 45 days in advance, depending on the timing of your reservation and the availability of fares.
  • * When reserving multiple segments at the same time, the reservation deadline applicable to the first segment applies to all segments.
  • * Waitlist Reservation Service is not available.

Payment Deadline

Whichever is sooner of the following applies:

  1. 24 hours after making the reservation
  2. 11:59 p.m. on the day of the advance purchase deadline
  3. 24 Hours prior to departure
  • * However, in all cases, immediate purchase applies if the reservation is made less than 24 hours before departure.
  • * When purchasing multiple segments at the same time, the payment deadline will be based on the first segment.

Transfers*

Outbound/Inbound One allowed for each

  • * Transferring from an arriving flight to a departing flight via a connecting airport.

Stopovers*

Not allowed

  • * Staying somewhere for more than 24 hours from the scheduled arrival time to the departure time.

Changes

Changing from First Class to Economy Class for Reasons Other Than Customer Convenience

Please note that your assigned seat may be changed from First Class to Economy Class without prior notice due to aircraft changes, delays, flight cancellations, or other unavoidable reasons.
If you have already purchased your flight ticket, you will be refunded 30% of the fare.
If you have already flown a segment of your flight due to a transfer (using a connecting airport), you will be refunded 30% of an amount prorated by the distance.

Refunds

Requests must be received within the 30-day period starting from the day after the expiration date of the flight ticket.
A cancellation fee will be incurred in the event that a ticket is canceled.

Refund of a partially used ticket

Assuming that one-way fare amount has been used for the boarded segments, the refund amount is obtained by subtracting the charge for the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) from the difference between the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) and the fare applicable to the used segments. The amount to be refunded may be calculated as zero.

Approximately 25% discount on fare excluding tax
