ANA Value Vouchers

When making your reservation, please contact the relevant hotel or the IHG Reservation Center (accommodations only) and be sure to mention that you wish to use ANA Value Vouchers. The IHG Reservation Center contact information is as follows:

• Vouchers cannot be used for reservations made through other channels (e.g., travel agencies).
• Vouchers can be used for reservations made through the ANA Travelers Hotel service.

Please use cash, Rakuten Edy e-money (though it might not be accepted at some hotels and dining establishments), ANA Gift Cards, ANA Travel Vouchers, or credit cards to pay the balance if there are any price differences.

• ANA Value Vouchers can be used for payment even when reservations are for ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club member accommodation discounts.
• If the face value of the ANA Value Voucher exceeds the amount due, no change will be given.
• ANA Value Vouchers cannot be used with other coupons, such as ANA Diamond Service accommodation and dining coupons and Shareholder's Benefit Discount Coupons.
• ANA Value Vouchers cannot be used for products and plans that require pre-payment, or to pay for reservations made through regular travel agencies or other companies' websites.

Please note that your vouchers are only good for payments made at the front desk during checkout, but can be used toward the payment of any hotel facility or service charges that are incurred during the stay, such as laundry service or room service.

Please provide your ANA Value Vouchers when making a payment.

• Your vouchers cannot be used with other courtesy or discount coupons for payment of dining expenses.
• Your vouchers cannot be used for payments at the hotel's non-restaurant tenants or for banquet expenses.
• For payments at eligible hotel restaurants, the amount that is paid with ANA Value Vouchers is not eligible for ANA Gourmet Miles/Points.

Customers who use ANA Value Vouchers to pay for hotel accommodations can earn the designated number of miles and points if the accommodation plan is eligible for mileage and IHG Rewards Club point accrual.

• In order to accrue mileage, customers must join IHG's loyalty program, the IHG Rewards Club, and designate ANA Mileage Club miles as their accrual option.

When using the Best Flexible Rate to stay at eligible hotels, ANA Card and ANA Mileage Club Card members will receive a 5% discount. To receive this discount, please state that you are a cardholder when making the reservation and present your card at check-in.

• The Best Flexible Rate is a variable rate that is dependent on when the reservation is made as well as the length of the hotel stay.
• Please note that the 5% discount may not be available on some dates.
• This discount cannot be used with temporary ANA Mileage Club membership cards.
• The discount cannot be used with other coupons, such as Shareholder's Benefit Discount Coupons, products and plans that require pre-payment, and reservations made through the ANA Travelers Hotel service, travel agencies or other companies' websites.
• ANA Diamond Service members and ANA Super Flyers Card cardholders can enjoy a 10% discount on the Best Flexible Rate.
