Due to an error occuring on ANA reservation system, the Paid Advance Seat Reservation fee may be charged for the passengers traveling with ANA Diamond Service and Platinum Service members, who should not be charged for this service. We kindly request those passengers to contact the ANA Contact Center to assign the seat without an extra fee.
