ANA Mileage Club Handling due to the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In response to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), please refer to the following information of the ANA Mileage Club.

Extension of Expiration Dates for Miles and ANA SKY COINS


The expiration dates for miles and ANA SKY COINS expiring between March 31, 2020 and February 28, 2021 will be extended until March 31, 2021.
Miles and ANA SKY COINS will expire once based on their expiry date. Accordingly the same amount will be credited to your account with an expiration date of March 31, 2021 in the late of following month.

  • For refund of "Benefit" (e.g. award ticket, voucher, coupon etc.) redeemed by "Mile" due to force majeure or voluntary case, this measurement will not cover "Benefit" which includes "Expired mile".
  • For refund of "Ticket" purchased by "ANA SKY COIN" due to force majeure or voluntary case, this measurement will not cover "Ticket" which includes "Expired ANA SKY COIN".
  • Customers are not required to apply for this extension.

The display on your Mileage Account Balance

  • Used date: March 1, 2018
  • Accrual Period: Late next month after the expiration date
  • Details: ADJUSTMENT MILEAGE/COIN FOR COVID19
  • The detail will be shown on the latest information for 1 month after credited miles.

The display on your ANA SKY COIN Balance

  • Used date: March 1, 2020
  • Accrual Period: Late next month after the expiration date
  • Details: ADJUSTMENT MILEAGE/COIN FOR COVID19

Special Rates for Premium Points

We will credit twice the normal number of Premium Points for ANA and ANA Group flights boarded between January 1 and June 30, 2020. For details, please see here.

Notice of the delivery delays due to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) on ANA Mileage Club item shipment

Some international shipments from ANA are arranged via EMS have possibilities of delays in the delivery (Even for Japan's domestic delivery) as Japan Post Office has announced that there are unavoidable impacts on their delivery services due to the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). All deliveries will restart once they resume their usual service.
