ANA Mileage Club Handling due to the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In response to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), please refer to the following information of the ANA Mileage Club.

Extension of Expiration Dates for Miles and ANA SKY COINS

Miles and ANA SKY COINS Due to Expire by February 28, 2023

Registration must be completed during the applicable period.
If you have not registered yet, please press Registration Details and perform the necessary procedure.

We have already extended the expiration dates of miles and ANA SKY COINS due to expire by February 28, 2022 until March 31, 2022. As an extension of this handling, we will now extend the expiration dates of miles and ANA SKY COINS due to expire by February 28, 2023 until March 31, 2023.

  • If you have already registered and the expiration dates of your miles and ANA SKY COINS have been extended until March 31, 2022, you do not need to register again. Miles and ANA SKY COINS will expire temporarily on March 31, 2022. However, the same amount of miles and ANA SKY COINS with a new expiration date of March 31, 2023 will then be accrued to your account in mid-April 2022.

Extension of FY 2020 Premium Member Statuses and Expiration Dates for Certain Premium Member Services

FY 2020 Diamond, Platinum, and Bronze Service Members will also be granted the same status in FY 2021 (April 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022). (Please note that some services will not be available.)
Moreover, certain FY 2020 Premium services will have their expiration dates extended.

Notice of the delivery delays due to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) on ANA Mileage Club item shipment

Some international shipments from ANA are arranged via EMS have possibilities of delays in the delivery (Even for Japan's domestic delivery) as Japan Post Office has announced that there are unavoidable impacts on their delivery services due to the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). All deliveries will restart once they resume their usual service.
