In-flight Sales
International flights
Can be used when paying for in-flight duty-free shopping on ANA Group-operated flights (ANA/Air Japan (except flights with NQ numbers)).
Domestic flights
In-flight shopping on domestic flights is available for selected products on the in-flight shopping site "ANA STORE@SKY" for passengers only.
If you wish to pay with in-flight/airport shopping coupons, please contact the customer support desk.
You will then be sent an application form and an envelope for you to complete and mail the form back to us.Customer Support Desk
