How to Use


  • The accommodation service guide is delivered to you.

  • Make a reservation with the hotel in advance.

  • Present the service guide and your ANA Mileage Club Card upon arrival.

How to Make a Reservation

After receiving the accommodation service guide, an advance reservation must be made by telephone with the Shangri-La Group International Reservations Center below. Provide the rate code on your accommodation service guide and the coupon number and expiration date on the top right of your coupon when making the reservation.

  • *To secure the reservation, the card number and expiration date for a credit card which belongs to a person who is using the accommodation are required. Please have these details ready.

  • *You will need to present the accommodation service guide and your ANA Mileage Club Card on the day of your stay. *Please write your name and ANA Mileage Club membership number on the accommodation service guide and present it to the hotel staff when you arrive at the hotel.
  • *The vouchers/coupons and service guide will be delivered to the ANA Mileage Club member's address approximately 2-3 weeks after the submission of the request.
    Delivery may require 3-4 weeks during the longer national holiday periods in Japan, including the year-end/New Year and Golden Week holidays.
    Please allow sufficient time for delivery.


  • This benefit may only be used by the ANA Mileage Club member who requested it and 1 accompanying guest.
  • Regardless of the actual room availability situation at a hotel, the number of rooms which can be reserved with this benefit is limited. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated.
  • Cancellation fees may apply if the stay is canceled without prior notification. Please confirm the details when making your reservation.
  • A cancellation fee may be charged depending on the cancellation timing. Please confirm the details when making your reservation.
  • If you forget to bring the accommodation service guide with you to the hotel, you will be required to pay for the actual standard cost of your stay.
  • Cash or mileage refunds will not be given for vouchers/coupons which are not used.
  • If a voucher/coupon is used, that transaction will not be eligible for mileage accrual.
