Service Information (Peach operated flights)

Flights are operated with Peach aircraft and crew. Please confirm the following details when traveling with Peach, as airport procedures and services / rules will differ to those for ANA-operated flights.

Check-In / Security Checkpoint / Boarding Gate

<Check-In>
You can check in using one of Peach's self-service check-in machines. Online check-in and the SKiP Service are not available.
Please scan the 2D barcode on your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt on the self-service check-in machine and perform the procedures. (You cannot use 2D barcodes on Wallet or an Apple Watch.)

<Check-In - Security Checkpoint - Boarding Gate>
Check-in: Please complete the procedures from 90 minutes to no later than 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
Security checkpoint: Please pass through no later than 25 minutes prior to the departure time.
Boarding gate: Please come to the gate no later than 20 minutes prior to the departure time.

Reservation / Purchase

You can reserve and purchase tickets until 180 minutes prior to the departure time.

<Canceling Flight Reservations>
If you wish to cancel a flight reservation within the 90 minutes prior to the departure time, you will only be able to do so via ANA Domestic Reservation and Customer Service Center or at an ANA airport counter.

<For Shareholder's Benefit Discount / Shareholder's Benefit Discount (Child)>
Please register the Shareholder's Benefit Number no later than 2 days before your departure date.
After this point, you can register the Shareholder's Benefit Number at an ANA counter for Japan domestic flights at your departure airport.

Reserve seat

Please be sure to reserve seats no later than 180 minutes prior to the departure time.
Through check-in (connection procedures and baggage check-in) from / to Peach-operated flights is not available. Please claim your baggage at the transit airport and then perform the check-in procedures and check in your baggage again.

Confirmation of flight number

The ANA flight number is printed on the boarding pass.Indications on the guideboard in the airport are given with both the ANA/APJ flight numbers.

Connections

Through check-in (connection procedures and baggage check-in) from / to Peach-operated flights is not available. Please claim your baggage at the transit airport and then perform the check-in procedures and check in your baggage again.

Baggage

The carry-on baggage and free check-in baggage allowances per passenger (excluding infants under 2 years old not using their own seat) are as follows:

(Carry-on Baggage)
Number of items---Up to 2 pieces including personal belongings
Weight---Total weight of 7.0 kg or less
Size---The total of length, width and depth is 115cm or less
55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm or less

(Free Baggage)
Number of items---Up to 1 piece
Weight---Total weight of 20 kg or less
Size---The total of length, width and depth is 203 cm or less
The check-in of sports equipment and similar items, excess baggage charges will be in accordance with Peach's regulations.

(Sporting Equipment)
A sports equipment fee will apply when checking in sports equipment (skis, snowboards, golf equipment, bicycles, surfboards).
* Payments can only be made at a Peach counter on the departure date using a credit card or Peach Points.

(Excess Baggage Charges)
Excess baggage charges for weight (weight of 20 - 32 kg): JPY 1,700 per piece
Excess baggage charges for pieces (for 2nd to 5th pieces): JPY 2,900 per piece
* Payments can only be made at a Peach counter on the departure date using a credit card or Peach Points.

(Pets and Other Animals)
Cannot be checked in or brought on board flights.

Lounge

ANA Premium members (primary members and accompanying passengers), ANA Card Premium members (primary members) and Star Alliance Gold members (primary members and accompanying passengers) can access our lounges when traveling on a flight with an ANA flight number. Please proceed to the relevant lounge's reception area, and present your Premium member status card as well as either your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt or the boarding pass for your flight.   • * You can access the lounge after completing the check-in procedures.

Cabin attendants

Only Peach cabin attendants are on board.

In-flight services

In-flight services are provided in accordance with Peach's service standards.
(Free drink service is not available)

All seats are no smoking.

Mileage Premium Point accrual

This service only applies to flights with ANA flight numbers.Accruing miles and using awards are available for members other than ANA Mileage Club.

Infants / Children

Infants: 8 days - 1 year old (less than 2 years old)
Must be accompanied by a person aged 12 or over.
Will travel free of charge if not using their own seat.
Ticket purchase required if using their own seat.

Children: 2-11 years old
Must be accompanied by a person aged 12 or over. Cannot use ANA Junior Pilot service (for unaccompanied minors).

<Children Who Are 2 Years Old>
・Ticket purchase required. When making a reservation on the ANA website, please enter the number of children traveling in the "Children" field.
・When reserving an ANA flight (flight not operated by Peach) and Peach-operated flight simultaneously, you will also need to buy a ticket for the ANA flight (flight not operated by Peach). If the child will not use their own seat on the ANA flight (flight not operated by Peach), please make separate reservations for the flights.

For disabled customers

If you fall under any of the following categories, please contact the "ANA Disability Desk" or ANA Domestic Flights Reservation and Information Center after your reservation.(Depending on the condition, Peach flights might not be available.)

  • ・Customers who are severely ill, who cannot walk alone, who use electric wheel chairs, who are completely blind (boarding alone), or who use medical oxygen tanks.

* Please contact us by 5 days prior to your departure. If it is later than 5 days prior to departure, it may not be possible to arrange your desired assistance.

Other Information

  • ・It is not possible for a single passenger to use 2 or more seats (special passenger fee).
  • ・Standby (waitlisting) at the airport on the departure date is not available.
