Campaign Details
Reserve an in-flight duty free product via the pre-order service and then purchase the product on a flight during the applicable period to earn 4 miles for every JPY 100 spent on it (i.e., 1 standard mile and 3 bonus miles).
In addition to taking advantage of this campaign, receive a 20% discount on the standard price of certain pre-order products when paying with an ANA Card. (Standard discount: 10%)

- Pre-order applications can be made any time from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 three days prior (JST).

Flights Eligible for the Pre-Order Service
ANA Group-operated international flights (scheduled flights including those operated by NQ) are eligible.
Please note that the service is not available for flights between Tokyo and Seoul, flights between Tokyo and Vladivostok, flights between Kansai and Shanghai, and flights between some other locations.

About the Pre-Order Service
This service is available on the ANA website after reserving/purchasing a flight ticket and enables customers to order an in-flight duty free product before their flight.
- Please show a copy of the email confirming your secured products or provide your pre-order number. You may not be able to receive your pre-ordered products if you do not inform a cabin attendant about them.
Points to Note Regarding the Pre-Order Service
- Please note that we may not be able to secure your pre-ordered products for you depending on stock levels.
- Pre-order applications for products can be placed any time from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 three days prior (JST) for both Japan and non-Japan departures.
Example: If your departure date is on August 1, you can make an application any time from July 22 up to 23:59 on July 29 (JST). - Even if we manage to secure your pre-ordered products, you may not be able to purchase them on board the aircraft depending on your flight’s status (e.g., if there is a sudden aircraft change). Please note that, even if your pre-ordered products are not available on board, we will not be able to post them to you after your flight. This is because taxation laws prohibit duty free products from being handled in such a way.

How to Use This Service
Please follow the instructions shown on the How to Use the In-Flight Duty Free Pre-Order Service page to make a pre-order application.
- You must join the ANA Mileage Club in order to participate in this campaign.
If you have not joined the ANA Mileage Club yet, please click on the Join the ANA Mileage Club button to do so.
Notes
- Only products that are reserved in advance via the pre-order service are eligible for quadruple mileage accrual. Additional products purchased on board the aircraft are not eligible for this campaign.
- Please log in to your ANA Mileage Club account before making a reservation via the pre-order service. Reservations made by non-ANA Mileage Club members are not eligible for mileage accrual.
- You will not be eligible for mileage accrual if you do not present your ANA Mileage Club membership number.
- Only the standard in-flight sales miles are shown on receipts (1 mile for every JPY 100 spent). Bonus miles (3 miles) are scheduled to be accrued around late October 2022.
- When paying with an ANA Card, miles from ANA Card Miles Plus will be accrued separately.
- When paying with an ANA Card, mileage accrual is available for the amount that is payable after the discount has been applied.
- The in-flight sales service may not be available due to the weather or other conditions.
