How to Collect Your 2D Barcode
Select Manage Reservations/Purchase on the homepage.
[ANA Mileage Club Members]
Please enter your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number and password to log in.
If you are already logged in, proceed to Step 2.
[Non-ANA Mileage Club Members]
Enter the required details including the departure date, flight number and reservation number, and then press Search.
*If you have multiple reservations, please select the details button of the reservation for which you wish to obtain a 2D barcode.
On the Reservation Details screen, select e-Ticket Receipt.
Non-ANA Mileage Club Members should enter the last 4 digits of the credit card used at the time of purchase, or their 9-digit confirmation number, and then select Next.
*The SKiP service is available if there is a SKiP mark next to your seat number. Please complete your purchase and seat selection if you have not yet done so.
Press Show on the Select the Method of Obtaining an e-Ticket Receipt screen to display your 2D barcode (e-Ticket).
The 2D barcode can also be received via email.
Enter your email address and press Send.
When your 2D barcode is displayed, print or save it.
Please bring the 2D barcode that you printed or saved on your device with you to the airport on the day of departure.
