This page contains contact information for inquiries about matters such as items lost on board international flights operated by the ANA Group.
You can make telephone/email inquiries and confirm the status of items lost either on board International flights or at the airport.
If you notice that your baggage is damaged after leaving the airport, please send an email to the arrival airport to declare the damage within the declaration period (7 days from the day after claiming your baggage).
We will check the photos of the damage to your baggage, and then inform you if you are eligible for compensation or not.
Furthermore, if it is not possible for you to declare the damage via email, we kindly request that you instead call the arrival airport within the declaration period (7 days from the day after claiming your baggage). We will then provide you with information on the necessary procedures.
We accept inquiries for ANA operated flights (including Air Japan). For flights operated by other airlines, please contact the respective carriers.
Items found in an airport facility and not in the cabin may be stored by the airport managing company or at a police station.
