In the south satellite (arrival), there are immigration booths, the baggage claim area, customs, and a baggage belt for baggage drop off. After passing through these, you can take the shuttle train to the Main Terminal. Since baggage carts are prohibited on the shuttle train, make sure to leave all baggage that you cannot carry with you on the baggage belt. Pick up the baggage you left on the baggage belt at the baggage claim area in the Main Terminal after getting of the shuttle train.*1 In the Main Terminal, there is the baggage claim area. Pick up baggage that you left on the baggage belt before boarding the shuttle train at turntable 1. In the Main Terminal, there are also currency exchange booths, an information counter, bus stops, taxi stands, and the train station.

  • Passengers Departing from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

In the Main Terminal, there are bus stops, taxi stands, currency exchange booths, an information counter, and a passageway from the train station. Passengers coming by Light Rail should proceed on foot from the SeaTac Station across the Sky Bridge to level P of the terminal. Following this, go up to the ticketing level and proceed to the check-in counters. On the ticketing level, there are ANA check-in and ticketing counters, security, and a priority security lane. After passing through these, go down to the underground level and take the shuttle train. Make sure to board the shuttle train for B/S Gates and not the train for N/C/D Gates. Get off the train at the 2nd station (S Gates). In the south satellite, there is the Club at SEA Lounge.

Passengers connecting from ANA to Other Airline companies

This is an enlarged map of the satellite. In the south satellite (arrivals), there is a security checkpoint and a baggage counter for connecting flights. After passing through these, take the shuttle train to the Main Terminal. Since baggage carts are prohibited on the shuttle train, make sure to leave all baggage that you cannot carry with you on the baggage belt. Pick up the baggage you left on the baggage belt at the baggage claim area in the Main Terminal after getting off the shuttle train.*1 In the south satellite, there are S Gates and B Gates, which are linked with the Main Terminal South Station via the South Train Loop. In the north satellite, there are C Gates, N Gates and D Gates, which are linked with the Main Terminal North Station via the North Train Loop. There is also a shuttle train between the South Station and North Station of the Main Terminal.

  • *1.If you can carry your baggage with you, it is not necessary to leave it on the baggage belt.

Please make sure to pick up your baggage.

  • All customers are required to pass through the immigration control and custom inspection checkpoints.
    (The same applies to cases when the final destination is not in the U.S.)
  • Your checked-in baggage must be picked up after completing immigration control.
    (Please make sure to pick up the baggage even when the final destination is printed on the tag of your baggage.)

Proceed to the boarding gate after security check at South Satellites.

  • Passengers who have not checked in to the connecting flight can check in at the boarding gate.
Passengers who have checked in the baggage

Please check in the baggage again at the check-in counter at South Satellites.
Please proceed to the boarding gate after Security Check.

  • Passengers who have not checked in to the connecting flight can check in at the boarding gate.
Passengers who have not checked-in the baggage through to the final destination (connecting by Delta Air Lines (DL) or Alaska Airlines (AS))

Please check in the baggage at the check-in counter in South Satellites.
Check-in services for those who have not yet finished are also available at the counter.Please proceed to the boarding gate after Security Check.

  • When connecting to flights that depart from S Gate
    Do not take the South Train Loop but use the escalator to go up and proceed to the departing gate.
  • When connecting to flights that depart from A Gate
    Take South Train Loop and get off at Main Terminal South Station. Then go up by the escalator to the departure gate.
  • When connecting to flights that depart from B Gate
    Take South Train Loop and get off at B Gates. Then go up by the escalator to the departure gate.
  • When connecting to flights that depart from C/D/N Gates
    Take South Train Loop and get off at Main Terminal South Station.Then take the shuttle to Main Terminal North Station and get off at North Station.
  • When connecting to flights that depart from D Gate
    Go up by escalator and proceed to the departure gate.
  • When connecting to flights that depart from N/C Gates
    Transfer to North Train Loop, get off at N or C Gate, take escalator to go up, and proceed to the departure gate.
Passengers who have not checked in the baggage through to the final destination (connecting to airlines other than DL or AS)

Pick up your baggage and proceed to the counter of your airline in the main terminal.Then check-in your baggage at the airline's counter and proceed to the boarding gate.Boarding services are also available at the counter.
