Campaign Details


On eligible flights, get a 20% discount (normally 10%) on purchases of eligible products from the Pre-Order Service when you pay using an ANA card.
Take this opportunity to use your ANA Card (credit card with mileage functionality).

To participate in the campaign, you must sign up for an ANA Card.

  • Please note that those signing up for an ANA Card must undergo the set screening process.

  • Please allow approximately 1 month for your card to be delivered.

Period: Flights departing Japan from November 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to December 31, 2023 (Sunday)

Customers who have used an ANA card to pay for purchases of eligible products from the Pre-Order Service on eligible flights.

  • Passengers who sign up for an ANA Card after paying for their purchase are not eligible for this campaign.

Information about the Pre-Order Service

This service is available on the ANA website after reserving/purchasing a flight ticket and enables customers to order an in-flight duty-free product before their flight.
Products included in the campaign can also be reserved via the Pre-Order Service.

Step 1 must be completed up to boarding. For this step, reserve a flight ticket and then place a pre-order on the website (you can order up to 10 items). Lastly, you will receive an email confirming whether or not your ordered items have been secured for you. Step 2 must be completed on the departure date. For this step, please inform a cabin attendant of your order after boarding.* You will then receive your ordered items after paying for them.

  • Please show a copy of the email confirming your pre-ordered products or provide your pre-order number. You may not be able to receive your pre-ordered products if you do not inform a cabin attendant about them.

Points to Note Regarding the Pre-Order Service

  • Please note that we may not be able to secure your pre-ordered products for you depending on stock levels.

  • Pre-order applications for products can be placed any time from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 three days prior (JST) for both Japan and non-Japan departures.
    Example: If your departure date is December 1, you can make an application any time from November 22 up to 23:59 on November 28 (JST).

  • Even if we manage to secure your pre-ordered products, you may not be able to purchase them on board the aircraft depending on your flight's status (e.g., if there is a sudden aircraft change).
    Please note that, even if your pre-ordered products are not available on board, we will not be able to post them to you after your flight. This is because taxation laws prohibit duty-free products from being handled in such a way.

Eligible ANA Cards

Cards which have "ANA CARD" printed on the front side are referred to as ANA Cards.

Examples of Some of the Cards Available

Pay with a Standard ANA Card, ANA Gold Card, or ANA Card Premium for a 10% discount (or a 20% discount on an eligible product). Earn 2 miles for every JPY 100 spent*1.Pay with an ANA Card USA or Minsheng Bank ANA Card for a 10% discount (or a 20% discount on an eligible product). An ANA Mileage Club Card is required for mileage accrual*2.Pay with a CTBC ANA Card or Dah Sing ANA Card for a 10% discount (or a 20% discount on an eligible product). Earn 1 mile for every JPY 100 spent*3.A 10% discount is not available for payments made with other cards that are printed with ANA MILEAGE CLUB and digital cards. Mileage accrual is available.

Points to Note

  • Please be aware that we have spending limits in place for credit cards.
    The limit for ANA Card payments is JPY 200,000 on all routes.

  • For other cards, the limit is JPY 100,000 on all Asia routes including China, and JPY 200,000 on all other routes.

    Passengers will accrue 2 miles for every JPY 100 they spend on a purchase (i.e., 1 mile from the in-flight sales product purchase and 1 mile from ANA Card Miles Plus).
    Passengers using an ANA Card Premium will exclusively accrue 3 miles for every JPY 100 they spend on a purchase (i.e., 1 mile from the in-flight sales product purchase and 2 miles from ANA Card Miles Plus).

    Passengers will accrue 1 mile for every JPY 100 they spend on a purchase by presenting their ANA Mileage Club Card (miles from in-flight purchases).

  • * 3

    Passengers will accrue 1 mile for every JPY 100 they spend on a purchase (i.e., 1 mile from the in-flight sales product purchase).
    Passengers using a CTBC ANA JCB Card will exclusively accrue 2 miles for every JPY 100 they spend (i.e., 1 mile from the in-flight sales product purchase and 1 mile from ANA Card Miles Plus).

Notes

  • If you purchase multiple products at the same time, the 20% discount will only be applied to the total amount payable for the products that are eligible (i.e., have a campaign icon).

  • Passengers who sign up for an ANA Card after paying for their purchase are not eligible for this campaign.

  • If you use your ANA Card in conjunction with coupons, the discount will only be applied to the amount paid with your ANA Card.

  • Mileage accrual is available for the amount that is payable after the discount has been applied.

  • Please note that the campaign details are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The number of products loaded on board the aircraft and the number that can be sold are limited. We ask for your kind understanding if your preferred product is sold out.

  • The in-flight sales service may not be available due to the weather or other conditions.
