Up until now, a physical ANA Premium Status card and/or Super Flyer lounge card was issued to Premium Status Members and ANA Super Flyers Card Members.
Starting FY2024, all plastic cards will be issued upon request as all premium services can be utilized by presenting the digital card on the ANA Mileage Club app.
In addition, the fiscal year will no longer be displayed on the upper right corner of the card from FY2024 onward. You can check your card's expiration date by looking at the year and month in the lower left corner of the plastic card.

If you wish to have a plastic card issued, you must apply for each card individually.
Super Flyers Lounge Card is also renewed each fiscal year and request for a physical card is required each year.
One card will be issued once for cards with the same status and expiration date. Duplicate card or reissuance will not be permitted.

As was the case previously, Bronze status cards will not be issued to Super Flyers members who have achieved bronze status.

Cards requested during the application period above will be valid until March 31, 2025.
After your status for the following year is confirmed (For those whose status is confirmed in early February)
ANA Diamond Service members for the following year whose application for the Members-only elective benefits is due in February.
Customers who are ANA Diamond Service members for the following year and whose application for the Members-only Optional Privileges is due in March will be able to apply from mid-March.
Customers who have been confirmed as ANA Platinum Service members or ANA Bronze Service members for the following year will receive an email invitation in late February.
Once a higher status is achieved (When a higher status is achieved than current status and the higher status is reflected in the customer information on the ANA website)

STEP 2: In My Menu, go through the process via "View or update your Profile" ⇒ "Registration for mailed items" ⇒ "Register/Change" at the bottom of "Edit/Change Your Address" (Please select "Receive" to see the cards you can apply for.)
When you proceed to the above page, there is two-step authentication using a one-time password. Two-step authentication requires a valid email address to be registered.
Address in Japan: Approx. 1–2 weeks after application
Address outside of Japan: Approx. 1–2 months after application
For application submitted in February or early March, we will ship the cards in the order received from late March.
Please use the digital card on the ANA Mileage Club app until you receive your card.
For Diamond Service Member: The plastic status card will be sent separately from "Diamond Service" members-only selectable benefits and original name tag.
Your card will be sent to the address you have registered as your ANA Mileage Club mailing address.Please be sure to check and update your mailing address as we will not be able to deliver your order if your registered address isn't correct.
