Revision of ANA Privacy Policy
In conjunction with the enforcement of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, we have revised the content of our existing privacy policy.
The revised version of the privacy policy will come into effect on June 1, 2022.
Please note that the text additions and revisions do not involve any substantial changes to the intended use of personal information.
Major Revisions
1. Preamble
This information has been changed due to the establishment of Chapter 5 (Customers Residing in the Kingdom of Thailand).
2. Chapter 1: 3. (Purpose of Using Personal Information)
This section has been partially changed to further clarify the purpose of using personal information.
3. Chapter 1: 4. (Acquisition of Personal Information)
"Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), location information, unique device identifiers, details on OS and browser type, etc." has been added to "(5) IT and system data including information on the usage of the ANA website and mobile application."
4. Chapter 4: 1. (Acquisition and Use of Personal Information)
"Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), location information, unique device identifiers, details on OS and browser type, etc." was added as an example of "Internet or other electronic network activity information" under "Type of personal information collected."
5. Establishment of New Chapter (Chapter 5)
Customers residing in the Kingdom of Thailand has been established as Chapter 5.
