When dialing the phone number at the Reservetion Centers, only the ring tone continues and the call cannot be connected to the person in charge.
There is an incident that the call charge is charged. For customers who called the phone number between 22:00 on January 1 and 12:16 on January 2 (JST), we will check the billing status and refund the call charge.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but for the intended customer, please fill in the required information from the refund application form.
