Reservations/Service Information email (International Flights)

We support your travel by sending you emails in a timely manner between the time you make the reservation and arrival.

Information
  • There are reports that incorrect flight information such as time and flight number is indicated on Gmail.
    For correct information, please click the URL in your email and confirm your "Review Reservation Details" display.
  • As of July 25, 2019, we have improved our service by which you can receive updates about your reserved flights. (Updates are now also available via the ANA app and SMS (short message service).)

Notes
  • Your security software and email client may cause emails from ANA to be automatically placed in the junk email or trash folders, or even deleted. Please set your email system to receive emails from ana.co.jp and amadeus.com*  in advance.
    • Check-in notification emails only
  • In order to receive the latest information on your flight, please be sure to register your email address when making your reservation.
    We recommend that you register an email address which you can check while on the move.

We will inform you immediately via e-mail if any schedule changes on your flights.
If you hold a flight reservation, please be sure to register your e-mail address.

ANA App Push Notifications
