This page provides information on how to apply for assistance when making a reservation online.

Request Assistance for Japan domestic flights

After you made an online reservation, you can request necessary assistance from the section "Passengers who need assistance" under Support Menu.

  • Requests for assistance can only be accepted if the relevant assistance is available on your reserved flight.

Items to Enter

  • Degree of self-ambulation
  • With visual disabilities
  • With hearing and speech disabilities
  • Need to use medical oxygen cylinder or other medical equipment on board
  • Expectant mother boarding within 28 days including the due date

Request Assistance for international flights

After you entered the passenger information upon making an online reservation, you can enter your request for special assistance from Other Services. Depending on the type of assistance, we may contact you to confirm the assistance details.

  • Requests for assistance can only be accepted if the relevant assistance is available on your reserved flight.

Items to Enter

  • Walking disabilities if any
  • Degree of self-ambulation
  • Necessity of wheelchair check-in
  • Wheelchair is foldable
  • Type of wheelchair (manual / electric)
  • Type of battery
  • Size of wheelchair (length, width, height, weight)
