Information

The coupon/voucher redemption service has been terminated as of June 30, 2022.
In its place, we have launched the following new service as of July 1, 2022: ANA Variety Coupon.

  Customers who applied for coupons/vouchers by June 30, 2022 can use the relevant services until the expiration date shown on their coupons/vouchers.

  Applications for ANA Digital Coupon and ANA Variety Coupon can be made on the Japanese version of the ANA website. Details on the availability of these services on the English version of the ANA website will be announced at a later date.

How to Use

Process

The accommodation service guide is delivered to you.
Make a reservation with the hotel in advance.
Present the service guide and your ANA Mileage Club Card upon arrival.

How to Make a Reservation

After receiving the accommodation service guide, contact the hotel at which you wish to stay by phone or email to make a reservation in advance.
When making the reservation, please state that you wish to use the coupon redeemed with ANA Miles and provide your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number.

Please write your name and ANA Mileage Club membership number on the service guide and present it to the hotel staff when you arrive at the hotel.

The vouchers/coupons and service guide will be delivered to the ANA Mileage Club member's address approximately 2-3 weeks after the submission of the request.
Delivery may require 3-4 weeks during the longer national holiday periods in Japan, including the year-end/New Year and Golden Week holidays.
Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Notes

The coupon does not include the bathing tax (for using hot springs). You will need to pay this bathing tax separately if you use the hotel's hot spring facilities during your stay.
Terms and conditions apply to voucher/coupon usage. Please read and confirm the details written in the service guide before using the vouchers/coupons.
Coupons may only be used by the ANA Mileage Club member who requested them and 1 accompanying guest.
Only ANA Mileage Club members who reside in Japan may request this award.
(Please confirm that the postal address that is registered to your ANA Mileage Club member information is an address within Japan.)
Depending on room availability, you may not be able to make a reservation for your preferred date. We thank you for your understanding.
There are specified periods during which vouchers/coupons may not be used. Please confirm the details when making your reservation.
If you forget to bring the service guide with you to the hotel, you will be required to pay for the actual normal cost of your stay. In addition, cash or mileage refunds will not be given for vouchers/coupons which are not used.
Cancellation fees may apply if a cancellation is made without advance notice or is made after the cancellation deadline. Please confirm the cancellation deadline and cancellation fees when making your reservation.
After a voucher/coupon request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and miles cannot be refunded.
If a voucher/coupon is used, that transaction will not be eligible for mileage accrual.
