This page contains contact information for inquiries about matters such as items lost on board ANA Japan domestic flights. You can make telephone/email inquiries and confirm the status of items lost either on board Japan domestic flights or at the airport.
If you notice that your baggage is damaged after leaving the airport, please send an email to your arrival airport to declare the damage within the declaration period (7 days from the day after claiming your baggage).
We will check the photos of the damage to your baggage, and then inform you if you are eligible for compensation or not.
Furthermore, if it is not possible for you to declare the damage via email, we kindly request that you instead call your arrival airport within the declaration period (7 days from the day after claiming your baggage). We will then provide you with information on the necessary procedures.
