Customers Using Haneda and Narita Airports between October 19 and 26, 2019

Thank you very much for your continued and loyal support of ANA.

Between October 19 and 26, 2019, road traffic restrictions are scheduled to be put in place on expressways and public highways within the Tokyo area in line with the large number of foreign dignitaries who will be visiting Japan during this period.
If at all possible, customers with departures from Haneda or Narita airports during this period are kindly asked to travel by rail, as such services are likely to remain unaffected by these restrictions, and to allow plenty of time to come to the airport.

Airport security will be reinforced at Haneda and Narita airports, and stricter security checkpoint inspections are also expected to be put in place at other Japanese airports. Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

Scheduled flights to and from Haneda, Narita and other airports may be delayed or otherwise adversely affected during the period, in line with the large number of foreign dignitaries who will be visiting Japan. Further to this, certain departures on October 21 and 24 have been canceled. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
