Boarding Error with 2D Barcodes on iPhones Using Apple Pay
Thank you for choosing ANA.
Customers who have an iPhone or Apple Watch using the Apple application Apple Pay have been unable to use ANA's SKiP Service. When holding the 2D barcode on their phone or watch over barcode readers located at security checkpoints and boarding gates, the iOS settings cause the display on the phone or watch to automatically switch from the barcode to Apple Pay.
The 2D barcode displayed in Wallet and the ANA Mileage Club Digital Card can be used without problems. So we therefore request you to use this application when obtaining your 2D barcode.
