Termination of Partnership with Hawaiian Airlines (HA)
Thank you for your patronage of ANA and to the ANA Mileage Club.
As of March 14, 2018 ANA and Hawaiian Airlines (HA) will conclude its codeshare and mileage partnership.
Handling procedure for reservations/tickets due to the partnership termination with Hawaiian Airlines (HA) are as follows:
- ■Codeshare flights with Hawaiian Airlines (HA)
Codeshare flights will be available until March 14, 2018. - ■Mileage Accrual for Hawaiian Airlines (HA)
Mileage accrual will be accepted for flights boarded up to March 14, 2018. - ■Retroactive Registration for Mileage
Retroactive registration will be accepted within 6 months from boarding date.
*Please apply well in advance as retroactive crediting may take extra time for boarding validation with HA. - ■Handling of Award Reservation for Hawaiian Airlines (HA)
Award reservation must be booked and ticketed no later than March 14, 2018.
Awards ticket issued on or before March 14, 2018 will be valid for use on and after March 15, 2018. - ■Handling of Date Change and Refund for Award Reservation for Hawaiian Airlines (HA)
Date changes for travel dates on and after March 15, 2018 will not be accepted. Refund can be applied towards the award ticket as long as refund is processed within the ticket validity.
