Changes on the available boarding passes for flights departing from U.S.

Thank you very much for your continued patronage to ANA.

Due to system modification, following changes will be effective for the applicable boarding passes for flights departing from U.S. which are operated on and after October 19th, 2017.

【Changes】
・Boarding pass obtained by printing out
While it used to be available, it has become unavailable for flights departing from U.S. on and after October 19th, 2017.

・Mobile boarding pass which is sent via e-mail upon the completion of auto check-in
While it used to be not applicable, it has become applicable and will be sent via e-mail for flights departing from U.S. on and after October 19th, 2017 for those who have register required information by 24 hours prior to departure. (Auto check-in)

Boarding passes for those who perform online check-in need to be issued at airport check-in counter (or via self service check-in machines at airport*).
* Self service check-in machines are available at Los Angeles and Seattle.
