Use Vouchers to Purchase Items In-Flight

New applications will no longer be accepted for ANA Value Vouchers after June 30, 2022.
For in-flight shopping for Japan domestic flights, you can use vouchers for purchases on ANA STORE@SKY (an online store for in-flight shopping available exclusively to passengers). (Text is available in Japanese only.)

* Customers who make an application by June 30, 2022 can use their vouchers until they expire.

ANA Domestic (ANA STORE @ SKY) / International In-flight Products, Air Japan In-flight Products

* Domestic in-flight sales are only available to passengers through the in-flight sales shopping site ANA STORE @ SKY. Please note there will no longer be any on-board sales. If you wish to pay with an ANA Value Voucher, we will prepare an application postcard and an envelope to send the coupons, so please inform a cabin attendant on board.
* Codeshare flights on international flights are limited to flights operated by ANA or Air Japan aircraft. Codeshare flights operated by other airlines are not eligible.

Please pay the difference with a credit card, ANA gift card, ANA travel ticket, or ANA Diamond Service in-flight sales coupon.

Notes

* When used in combination with the ANA Card Discount Benefit, the unit price of the product must be 1,000 yen (tax included) or more.
* The combined ANA Card Discount Benefit will be applied to the balance after using the ANA Value Voucher.
* If the face value of the ANA Value Voucher exceeds the usage fee, no change will be provided.
* ANA Value Vouchers cannot be used in combination with any other discounts.
* ANA gift cards cannot be used on domestic flights (ANA STORE @ SKY).

Customers who purchase in-flight sales items (including duty-free items) with ANA Value Vouchers can earn 1 mile for every JPY 100 spent.
