Located at an elevation of 1,250 meters, Fujimi Kogen Resort spreads out in front of the Southern Alps and is known as the resort in the sky that offers great entertainment to all family members throughout the year. Attractions include flower gardens, golfing, hot springs, and skiing. In particular, the garden where 6,500 flowers of 160 varieties bloom every year is a must-visit. Enjoy colorful flowers such as zinnias in summer and rudbeckias and plumed cockscombs in autumn that carpet the field.
Universal Field in Fuji Kogen Resort – A fun place for everyone
Sozo-no-Mori park in Fujimi Kogen has an observatory that allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains, including Japan’s highest Mount Fuji. Take an automatically operated sightseeing cart that drives along the guidewire and easily climbs up to the observatory in 25 minutes. You can also carry a wheelchair for outdoor use in the cart so that anyone can enjoy strolling through the forest located at 1,420 meters up in the mountains.
