Changes can be made unlimited times without change fee if the change is made on/before 1st November 2020.

|Changes can be made unlimited times without change fee if the change is made on/before 1st November 2020.
For any changes made after 1st November 2020 for a totally unused ticket, there is no change fee for the first time change.
Subsequently, fare rule of the newly priced fare which was available on the date of change will apply.
Depending on the new fare rule condition, change fee may apply or change may not be possible.
|Any Fare Difference?||Customers will be allowed to change free of charge to a flight of equal or lesser value.
Fare rule applies including departure period, minimum/maximum stay, flight application etc.
If the new flight is priced higher, the customer may change for no fee, although a fare difference shall apply.
|Changes on ANA Website||Changes on ANA website can be made up to 24 hours prior to departure of the flight you hold or up to 6 hours prior to departure of the flight which you want to change to, whichever is earlier.
Any booking change must be made before the time of departure or free change is not applicable.
|Changes at ANA's Call Center and ANA Counters||Processing fee will be charged when customers issue or change ticket at ANA’s call center and ANA counters.
There is no additional fee for processing at ANA’s website.
|Cancellations||Cancellations will be subject to the ticket's fare conditions.|
