On the 2nd floor (arrivals), there are toilets, a smoking room, ATMs, an information counter, escalators, and elevators.
Arriving passengers should proceed to the exit through immigration, baggage claim, and customs.
Passengers connecting to a flight departing from concourse A (to a Schengen country) and passengers connecting to a flight departing from concourse B or T (to a non-Schengen country) should pass through security and immigration and then proceed to their respective departure concourse.

On the concourse (3rd floor), there are toilets, a smoking room, ATMs, a nursery, escalators, and elevators.
The area around rows 11 to 14 is currently closed. ANA check-in counters are located in row 1.
The oversized baggage drop off counter and the VAT refunds counter for items in checked baggage are located nearby.
After performing the check-in procedures, proceed to security or the priority security checkpoint (Fast Lane). Only Business Class passengers and Star Alliance Gold members are eligible to use the Fast Lane.
After going through security, pass through immigration and proceed to the boarding gate.
You can find the VAT refunds counter for items in carry-on baggage on the way to the gate.
The Brussels Airlines lounge is located on the lounge floor (4th floor), which can be reached by taking the escalator or elevator near Gates B04/B06 or the escalator near Gate B15.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • The Check-In Counter for NH232 will be open from 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
  • Please check the location of ANA Check-in counter at the airport. Usually ANA uses Row number 01, however it may be subject to change.

Priority Lanes for security check : Fast Lane

Business Class customers, Star Alliance Gold members are able to use priority lanes after check-in to pass through the security check by presenting your boarding pass.
