Limitation of access to the terminal

Only the passengers intending to board flights can enter the international terminal.
Please note that those who wish to see off passengers cannot enter.
At the entrance of the terminal, all passengers are asked to present the boarding pass with flight number of the day printed, Electronic Ticket Itinerary/Receipt and the passport.The appropriate changes of reservation such as rebooking are required beforehand.
For e-tickets, please print beforehand the Electronic Ticket Itinerary/Receipt with the updated departing date and carry it.
Please note that passengers can only enter the terminal 4 hours before departure time or later.

Caution for carry-on baggage

Although goods (shopping bags) purchased in duty-free shops in the waiting room do not need tags or stamps, please show the receipt at the security check upon boarding.
In the security check at boarding time, the luggage without stamps will be checked again.

After completing check-in at the counter dedicated for connecting flights, please proceed to the boarding gate.

Passengers connecting from other airlines (international flights) to ANA

-Passengers who are carrying boarding pass of ANA flight
Go through the connecting security check and proceed to the boarding gate.
-Passenger who are not carrying boarding pass of ANA flight
After completing check-in at the international connecting counter, please proceed to the boarding gate.

Passengers connecting from other airlines (domestic flights) to ANA

-Passengers who are carrying boarding pass of ANA flight
Go through the immigration and security check, then proceed to the boarding gate.
-Passenger who are not carrying boarding pass of ANA flight
Please proceed to the ANA check-in counter.
