When proceeding from Terminal D (arrival terminal) to the 2nd floor of Terminal E, there are immigration booths and toilets. On the 1st floor, there is the baggage claim area and customs. After passing through these, there are toilets, public telephones, an information counter, and a currency exchange booth. There are taxi stands outside the building.

Taxi stands are located near the exits and entrances of Terminal D. On the 1st floor, there are ANA check-in and ticketing counters, security, public telephones and toilets. After passing through security and proceeding to the 2nd floor, there is a currency exchange booth, public telephones, toilets, ATMs, and a lactation room. In the adjacent Terminal E, there is a train station, a currency exchange booth, the United Club Lounge and the Polaris Lounge.

When proceeding from Terminal D (arrival terminal) on foot to the 2nd floor of Terminal E, there are immigration booths and toilets. Go down to the 1st floor and pass through customs. After passing through customs, there is a baggage counter for connecting flights, as well as toilets, public telephones, an information counter and a currency exchange booth. Go up to the 2nd floor, and pass through security. After passing through security, passengers connecting to flights departing from Terminal D should proceed to Terminal D, while passengers connecting to flights departing from Terminal E should proceed to Terminal E. Passengers connecting to flights departing from Terminal A, B, or C should proceed to the train station.

Please pass through the security check and proceed to the departure gate.

Checked Baggage of passengers who are connecting to/from an international flights operated by United Airlines

There is no need for passengers who are entering Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) on ANA flight to/from Houston (NH173/NH174) and connecting to/from an United Airlines international flight to pick up baggage at Houston (IAH). Please proceed to the exit of customs after U.S. immigration process.
In case of connecting from NH174 to United Airlines international flights, show the information card which you will receive at the arrival gate to US Customs officer. In case of connecting from United Airlines international flights to NH173, please contact UA ground staff if you have any concerns.
