Airport Procedures on Day of Departure (From Departure to Arrival) (International Flights)

STEP1 Airport Procedure
- If you use online check-in and have no baggage to check in, there is no need to go to the check-in counter.
- Please see Online Check-in: Usage Procedures for the procedures to be completed at each airport.
- See "Check-in" when checking in at the airport on the day of departure.
- "ANA SUITE CHECK-IN" is available at Narita Airpot.
STEP2 Checking in baggage
If you have completed online check-in and have baggage to check in, please proceed to the baggage drop counter or the check-in counter for your boarding class. Checked-in baggage with have a priority baggage tag only for first class customers.
Fragile luggage checked in will be given a special tag or sticker.
STEP3 Security Check
You must present your travel documents.
Immigration is completed at this step.
STEP5 Boarding and Disembarking
Take some time to relax in one of our lounges before you depart.
Customers will receive priority boarding after elderly customers, passengers traveling with small children aged 2 and under, expectant mothers, and customers who require assistance.
Customers will receive priority to disembark from the aircraft.
For Customers Disembarking at Narita Airport
Customers disembarking at Narita Airport can relax in the ANA Arrival Lounge before connecting to a domestic flight or leaving the airport.
For Customers Connecting Between International and Domestic Flights at Haneda Airport
ANA & LEXUS CONNECTION is available and offers smooth transportation between domestic and international terminals.
You must present your travel documents to proceed with immigration.
Necessary documents may differ by the country.Please check in advance
Immigration process is more smooth at some airports which has Fast track facility.

STEP7 Baggage Claim
Your checked baggage will be given priority handling and be delivered first at baggage claim.
