Car service for returnees (Haneda Airport/Narita Airport)

We would like to introduce a car service for returnees who are having difficulties due to public transportation restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will drive you safely to your home or the place designated by the quarantine station, including the 23 wards of Tokyo.

Flow from reservation to your ride

  1. Make a reservation using the reservation application form
    • * Please be aware that by filling in this reservation application form, the contents will be sent to the car service company.
    • * Please submit the reservation application form at least 4 days (96 hours) prior to arrival in Japan.

  2. Reply Receive reservation confirmation email
    Please check the receipt number.
    If you would like to change any submitted information or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at the reply email address.
  3. Receipt of Car Contact Email
    An email will be sent with the car information at least 24 hours prior to it being dispatched.
  4. Immigration/Inspection
  5. The car will be standing by at the pick-up location at the dispatch time.
    If it will take extra time for you exit the airport, please contact the car driver's mobile phone.
    A sign with your name and flight number will be displayed on the front of the car.
  6. Confirmation/Payment
    We may check your passport, test results, etc., before the car departs.
    Please pay before departure.
  7. Operation
    The car will drive you to the address specified at the time of booking.

Countermeasures for COVID-19

  • We will sterilize the inside of the car, mainly on the parts that are frequently touched.
  • The driver will have a body temperature check before starting work.
  • The air inside the car will be ventilated during the ride.
  • The driver will wear a mask, wash his/her hands, and gargle thoroughly.

Requests to Customers

  • Please make a pick-up time reservation for 2-3 hours after arrival of the aircraft.
  • If the customer would be late for the reserved pick-up time, an extra fee for standing-by would be charged additionally per 2,000 yen / 30 min.
    Does not apply for delay of arrival of the boarded flight.
  • Please understand that if the aircraft would have arrived earlier than expected, some waiting time before pick-up may be needed.
  • It is not possible to change the specified destination and get out of the car en route to your destination.
  • Please note that you may be asked to confirm your passport or ticket when getting into the car.
  • It is not possible for more than the number of people reserved in advance to ride in the car.
  • Depending on the shape and/or size of your luggage, it may not be possible to load it or it may be placed at your feet.
  • Dangerous goods cannot be brought into the car.
  • Drinking in the car is prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed in the car.

    • * Due to the COVID-19 situation, it may take longer than normal for the coupon to be delivered.
      If you wish to use a coupon, please apply at least one month in advance. If the original coupon does not arrive in time for your ride, it cannot be used.

As a countermeasure against COVID-19, we will take the following measures.
If you cannot comply with the operational rules, we may cancel the service.
If the service must be cancelled due to customer actions, you will be taken back to the airport and asked to exit the car.
In such a case, it will be treated as a cancellation by the customer and 100% of the fee will be charged to the customer.

  • Be sure to wear a mask until you have arrived at your specified destination.
  • The car service cannot be used by those who have a "positive" PCR test result or who have not had a PCR test done.
  • It is not possible to change the destination reported to the quarantine officer or to get out of the car en route to your destination.
  • Please be sure to take any of your garbage with you from the car.
  • We will open the window about 1 cm while driving to ventilate the inside of the car.

Pick-up Place

The driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign.
(Sign = flight number + A4 paper with your surname or first name)
In addition, if there is a problem with communication between the customer and the driver, an interpreter will be provided at the information counter in the airport, and after the problem is resolved, the car will depart.
(Simple interpretation at the airport information center is free)
The driver dispatched will be on standby with an in-vehicle mobile phone.

Narita Airport

Narita Airport Terminal 1 South Wing 1st floor

  • *As to Lobby A or B, the driver will come to the appropriate zone based on your flight number on the day.

Haneda Airport

In front of the information counter on the 2nd floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 3

  • * The driver will wait in front of the information counter located to the center of the arrival floor, just outside the arrival gate.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation 30 hours prior to the reserved car service time = 0% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation less than 30 hours prior to the reserved car service time = 100% cancellation fee

However, in the case of cancellation due to a positive PCR test result, the cancellation fee will be 0%.
