Order 2 or more items through the International In-Flight Duty Free Pre-Order Service to get your very own mini Honu soft toy!

You can get a HONU mini soft toy if you reserve 2items or more for PRE-ORDER service.

Campaign Details

Customers who use the International In-Flight Duty Free Pre-Order Service to place a single order for 2 or more of the same or different items during the campaign period will receive 1 mini Honu soft toy.

Campaign Item

  • Our popular Honu soft toy is now available in a mini size.
  • Customers participating in the campaign will receive a mini Honu soft toy together with their pre-ordered items on board their flight.
    • * Please note that you will not be able to choose the color of your mini Honu soft toy.

Applicable Boarding Periods

Flights which are boarded in the period from November 20, 2021 (starting with those departing from Japan) to January 20, 2022
Pre-orders must be placed at some point from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 3 days prior (JST). This applies to both Japan departures and non-Japan departures.

Please note that the Pre-Order Service is not available for flights between Tokyo and Seoul, flights between Tokyo and Vladivostok, flights between Kansai and Shanghai, and flights between some other locations. For further details, please see How to Use the In-Flight Duty Free Pre-Order Service.

How to Use the Service

Step 1 must be completed up to boarding. For this step, reserve a flight ticket and then place a pre-order on the website (you can order up to 10 items). Lastly, you will receive an email confirming whether or not your ordered items have been secured for you. Step 2 must be completed on the departure date. For this step, please inform a cabin attendant of your order after boarding.* You will then receive your ordered items after paying for them.
  • * Please show a copy of the email confirming the items secured for you or provide your pre-order number. You may not be able to receive your pre-ordered items if you do not inform a cabin attendant about them.

Points to Note Regarding the Pre-Order Service

  • * The products listed on the website will be changed based on stock levels. Please note that we may not be able to secure your pre-ordered items for you.
  • * Products can be pre-ordered any time from the 22nd of the month prior to the departure date up to 23:59 3 days prior for both Japan and non-Japan departures. Example: If your departure date is on January 1, you can place a pre-order from December 22 up to 23:59 on December 29 (JST).
  • * Even if we successfully secure your pre-ordered items, you may not be able to purchase those items on board the aircraft depending on your flight's status (e.g., if there is a sudden aircraft change). Please note that, even if your pre-ordered items are not available on board, we will not be able to post them to you after your flight. This is because taxation laws prohibit duty free items from being handled in such a way.
