ANA to Dissolve Subsidiary Company

TOKYO, March 15, 2006 - ANA (All Nippon Airways Co Ltd, Stock Code Number: 9202, TSE First Section) will dissolve regional Group airline Air Hokkaido (ADK) in July of this year.

Air Hokkaido is a wholly owned subsidiary of Air Nippon (ANK), which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of ANA. It currently operates two daily return flights between Hakodate and Okushiri in Hokkaido, northern Japan, using 19 seat DHC6 Twin Otter aircraft, however, operations will cease on March 31 for commercial reasons.

The dissolution of Air Hokkaido will have no effect on the consolidated financial forecast of ANA Group, or the forecasts of individual Group companies, for the fiscal year ending April 1, 2006 - March 31, 2007.
