TOKYO May 25, 2007 - ANA today applied to the Japanese government to raise its fuel surcharge on international tickets issued on or after July 10 (Tue) this year. The surcharge will remain at the revised level until September 30, 2007. The international fuel surcharge was lowered earlier this year following a temporary fall in the price of jet fuel in late 2006 and early 2007, however, the subsequent rise in jet fuel has forced ANA to again revise it upward. ANA regrets that despite constant efforts to reduce costs and secure greater operating efficiencies it must ask its valued customers to once again share the increased cost burden.

| * No adjustment will be made to the fuel surcharge for Hong Kong, even though it falls within the same distance bracket as Taiwan, Guam and Vietnam, for reasons of government approval. An application to revise the surcharge on this route may be made at a later date. | |||||||||
| Until the present revision, ANA reviewed its fuel surcharge once a month and made revisions on the basis of movements in the price of Singapore Kerosene based on the previous thirty days. From now on, any revisions made to the fuel surcharge will remain in force for a period of three months, in order to avoid unnecessary and inconvenient changes for customers. During that period, changes will not be made to reflect movements in the Singapore kerosene market. The international fuel surcharge will be reduced if the average market price of Singapore kerosene falls below US$80 per barrel for three consecutive months, and thereafter as the market price continues to fall, measured in units of US$5. Likewise it will be discontinued completely if the average market price drops below US$45 per barrel for three consecutive months. Please refer to the chart below for details. | |||||||||
