TOKYO, February 24, 2012– ANA, ANA Sales Co., Ltd. (“ASX”) and ANA Airport Handling Co., Ltd. (“AAH”) announce that, in a decision made at the meetings of their respective Boards of Directors held today, they will carry out a share exchange with ANA as the wholly-owning parent company and ASX and AAH as the wholly-owned subsidiaries.
