PARIS, June 16, 2015 - ANA has been selected as the leading airline in two categories at the 2015 World Airline Awards run by SKYTRAX. The awards for “World’s Best Airport Services” and “Best Airline Staff in Asia” were presented at a ceremony during the Paris Air Show today.
These awards recognize ANA’s on-going commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service and a superior air travel experience, prioritizing passenger comfort, convenience and safety. The World Airline Awards are determined by the results of an online survey completed by passengers worldwide. This is the fourth time ANA has received the “World’s Best Airport Services” award and the third consecutive year it has won in this category. It is the second time ANA has been awarded the “Best Airline Staff in Asia” award, following a first award in 2011.
The “World’s Best Airport Services” award is presented to the airline which receives the highest level of customer satisfaction across a full range of airport services. It recognizes the high quality of service provided by ANA staff across its 36 airports worldwide. ANA endeavors to provide personalized customer service, tailoring its approach to individual customer needs at all stages of the airport experience, including the check-in counter, lounges and at the boarding gate.
In the “Best Airlines Staff in Asia” award, SKYTRAX recognized the coordinated efforts of ANA airport staff and cabin crew to continually improve service quality. SKYTRAX commended ANA for exceeding all other airlines headquartered in Asia to provide the best customer service both on the ground and in the air.

SKYTRAX, established in 1989 and based in London, is an airline industry consulting and rating company. The annual awards are based on independently-run customer surveys, including on-line questionnaires, covering more than 300 airlines. In addition to the World Airline Awards, SKYTRAX also compiles an Airline Star Ranking, which ranks airlines on a scale of one to five. ANA's current rating is the maximum five stars.
