2015 Saw Important Milestone in Surpassing 100 Million Passengers
on International Flights

TOKYO, February 17, 2016 - On March 3, 2016, ANA will celebrate 30 years of international flights since its inaugural flight from Tokyo to Guam on March 3, 1986. Since then ANA has continued to expand its international route network, and now flies to 59 routes spanning 39 cities (*1). ANA launched four new international routes in FY2015 (*2), and has already announced new routes to Wuhan in central China and Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia in FY2016.

The 2015 year saw an important ANA achievement that passed another major milestone by exceeding 100 million passengers on ANA international flights.

In addition to its robust international route network, ANA has also developed a stellar reputation for quality. In 2012, the world’s leading Airline and Airport review site SKYTRAX awarded ANA as the first and only Japanese airline to be recognized with the highest 5-Star rating, and the airline has successfully maintained this prestigious standing for three consecutive years.

ANA remains committed to further expanding its network of international flights, harnessing its international business as a pillar to growth while continually working to improve product and service quality in order to provide safe, high-quality flight experiences to passengers from around the world.
