What is security code authentication?

In addition to the credit card number and expiration date, your security code must be entered for credit card purchase made through ANA Internet Service (ANA Sky WEB, mobile site, PDA).

The security code is a 3-digit or 4-digit number located on your credit card (aside from the credit card number), and it is not printed on the receipt. The security code information is available only to the person who has access to the actual credit card, and therefore, this extra step will assure safer security when purchases are made through the Internet.

*Security code authentication may not be available depending on your credit card company.
*Security code is not a pin number.

Security Code Location Sample

The 3-digit number printed on the signature line on the back of your credit card is your security code.
Depending on your credit card company, the 4-digit security code may be on the front of the card, on either at the right or left side on top of the printed credit card number.

How to Enter the Security Code

In addition to your credit card number and the expiration date, please enter the security code (either 3-digits or 4-digits).
