Q Can I make a wait list reservation?
A We provide this service for ANA Mileage Club Members. Please use [Flight search].

Q What is the difference between Quick Search and Flight Search?
A [Quick Search] displays information about simple round trips between two cities for an adult/child and displays combinations of flights in which seats are available for round trip in the order of price (low to high). This is convenient when a round-trip itinerary is fixed. [Flight Search] displays seat availability for flights on a maximum of six routes. Use [Flight Search] to see the seat availability for each flight, flights with three segments or more, an open-jaw trip or when you travel with an infant under the age of 2.
Q Is it possible to use ANA Value Vouchers for payment?
A You cannot use ANA Value Vouchers for reservation/purchase through the Internet. You can use ANA Value Vouchers for purchase of tickets at the ANA counter or the International Flights Reservation and Information Center.

Q Can I get a receipt?
A Your receipt will be sent by mail with your flight tickets and itinerary. For e-ticket service customers using credit card payment, a credit card receipt will be attached to the reservation confirmation e-mail. Select "Receipt required" in the receipt column when choosing your delivery/payment method.
Q The next screen will not display after selecting a flight.
A Please mark the check-box after making Java Script effective.
Q An error occurs when logging in from member reservation.
A Please try again after a while.
Q Seats cannot be selected with Seat Map.
