User information for Smart-e Check-in

How to use ''Smart-e Check-in,'' a service which allows you to proceed with the check-in process using a PC or mobile phone.

Please be informed we cannot accept Smart-e Check-in service to the flight departing on/after July 1st, 2010.
To accompany the start of Internet Check-in, we will terminate Smart-e Check-in service to the flight departing on/after June 30th.

All customers except those using an inclusive tour fare.

Eligible routes

ANA international flights operated by ANA groups
(excluding departing from Dalian, Shenyang, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Xiamen)

How to use

PC Please log-in to ANA SKY WEB and select Smart-e Check-in at reservation and flight schedule, etc. on the top page to complete the required procedures. Mobile phone Please log-in to ANA SKY MOBILE and complete the required procedures at
Please bring Itinerary receipt and passport with you on your boarding gate. Smart-e Check-in is also recommended as a quick and easy way to complete your check-in procedure.

Application period

From your ticket purchase up to 1 hour prior to departure(45 minutes at Haneda Airport).
*Please make sure to pick up your boarding pass at least one hour before the original departure time. If you do not, your seating assignment will be cancelled.


The following cases are not applicable.

•  Infants under the age of two.
•  Customers traveling with infants under the age of two.
•  Having changes to the schedule or the seat number of the reservation.
•  Using code-share flights operated by other airlines, or using ANA flight operated by other airlines.
•  Using a group tour ticket.
•  For safety reasons, seating assignments for customers who have visual impairments, difficulty walking without assistance, or other special medical conditions are limited. Because of that,Smert-e check-in is not allowed to the customer. For details, please contact ANA International Flight Reservation and Information Center or the ANA Disability Desk.
* When customers make upgrade for flight already processed Smart-e check-in, it is required to Smart-e check-in again for upgraded class.
* You may not be able to use,if you have the Reservation Number issued in the travel agency.
* "ANA Sky Assist Desk" has been changed its name to "ANA Disability Desk" on January 5, 2010.
